Our Story
It all started over a plate of perfectly grilled chicken in a small Greek village.
Andreas and Georgios, longtime friends, were spending a summer evening in Greece, as they savored tender, juicy chicken infused with lemon, garlic, and herbs, inspiration struck. They both agreed: Greeks just do chicken better.
From that moment, the idea for Butterflied Chicken was born — a place where Mediterranean tradition meets modern, health-conscious dining.
Now in the heart of New York City, Butterflied Chicken brings you the vibrant flavors of Greece with a focus on fresh ingredients, wholesome recipes, and, of course, the star of the show: chicken, the Greek way.

Our Product
Their livestock are never fed animal byproducts and are only given vegetarian feed sourced from local farms.
Locally Farmed
We have partnerships with local family owned farms who raise their livestock in humanely process and are never given antibiotics, steroids or hormones.
